Design Process
1. Project Kick-off
Before we begin any design work, I take time to get to know the client’s vision, goals, and personal style. This early collaboration helps us define both the practical needs and the aesthetic direction of the space setting the stage for a design that feels thoughtful, functional, and truly tailored.
2. Schematic Design
From there, I develop a clear design concept translating ideas into visual direction through moodboards, layouts, and key material selections. This phase is where inspiration meets structure. Clients are presented with an organized, thoughtful plan that reflects their vision while also solving for layout, flow, and function. It’s collaborative, but guided so decisions feel easy and the direction feels aligned from the start.
3. Design Development
With a clear concept in place, we move into design development refining selections, finalizing layouts, and sourcing key pieces. This is where the design takes shape in detail: from finishes and furnishings to lighting, custom elements, and art. Every choice is considered for both aesthetics and practicality. Clients are presented with curated options and visuals that bring the full vision to life, with room for thoughtful adjustments along the way.
4. Project Implementation
Once selections are approved, I oversee procurement, coordinate with vendors and trades, and manage the details that bring the design to life. From placing orders to scheduling installations and final styling, I handle the behind-the-scenes logistics so the process stays smooth and stress-free. The end result is a space that’s fully realized thoughtfully executed, beautifully layered, and ready to be lived in.
